NestAbroad is a technology platform — it does not own, lease or manage accommodation, and your tenancy contract is with the supplier.

How do I know a listing is genuine?
Every listing is checked for source, terms and freshness before it's published. Anything stale or disputed is suppressed, and each property shows its verified status. Where inventory isn't yet live for a city, you can register your interest and we'll notify you.
What documents will I need, and how do I send them?
Requirements depend on the supplier and property. You can upload any required documents securely to your NestAbroad account and track what's outstanding as your booking request progresses to confirmation.
